  • Příjemná paní na recepci, příjemná obsluha v restauraci. Perfektně připravený pokoj. Cítili jsme se jako v pohádce. Děkujeme

  • Nelíbilo se mi chování jedné osoby, která měla službu na recepci SPA. Bohužel ovlivnila dojmy z celého pobytu.

  • S hotelem jsem velmi spokojen, s okolím hotelu (obec Herálec), již méně.

  • Velmi vysoká úroveň profesionality zaměstnanců.

  • Nemůžu na nic přijít, snad jen byste mohli mít čepované pivo:)))
